EASY BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
8 oz. butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream

Melt butter in bowl in microwave. Add sour cream and flour. Mix well. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls into ungreased, non-stick muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 15-18 minutes. Yield: approximately 20.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
