1/2 c. butter 1 pkg. (10 oz. about 40) regular marshmallows or 4 c. miniature marshmallows 6 c. Kellogg's cornflakes 1 tbsp. green food coloring 24 decorative red mints Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add cornflakes and food coloring. Stir until well coated. Using buttered fingers and spoon, form small balls on waxed paper. Decorate with red mints. NOTE: For best results allow to cool. |
