CHICKEN IN THE BUSH 
2 whole chickens or 8 chicken breasts, cooked & cut into bite-size pieces
30 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. grated cheese, mild

Mix chicken and broccoli with other ingredients. Put in casserole dish (makes large amount).

Saute 1 stick butter (melted) and 1 package corn bread stuffing mix and spread over top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.

(Divide into three small casserole and freeze after baking for a busy day.)
