GERMAN APPLE CAKE | |
2 lg. eggs 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. salad oil 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sugar 1 c. nuts 4 c. apples, sliced thin Mix all ingredients. Batter will be thick. Pour into 13x9 inch pan. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream. |
