SHRIMP GUMBO 
1 1/2 c. celery chopped fine
1 c. green onion
1/4 c. parsley chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper copped
2 c. frozen okra (chopped fine)
1 lb. or 4 oz. can tomatoes cut up
8 oz. tomato juice
2 (4 oz.) cream of mushrooms soup
5 oz. mushrooms stems and pieces
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. cooked shrimp
1 tsp. salt, and pepper each
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. gumbo file

Sauté celery, green onions, parsley, bell pepper and okra in butter and water, until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato juice, soup, mushrooms, rice and shrimp. Stir and simmer until well blended. Add spices and simmer 5 minutes more.
