SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA 
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese
Freshly grated or 1/2 to 3/4 c. pre-grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 lb. spaghetti

Cook bacon and onion in large skillet over medium heat. Combine eggs, milk, parsley, Parmesan and pepper; set aside.
