1 roll Bounty paper towels
3 c. water
2 tbsp. baby bath soap
1 tbsp. baby oil

Cut the roll of paper towels in half, remove the tube. Put one half of the in an airtight container with the mixture. Invert for 15 minutes. Pull wipes from center.

HINT: For the baby bath soap, you can either use one of the great liquid baby bath soaps that are out or else a mild liquid soap. If you are out of liquid soap, you may float a bar of Ivory soap in the liquids, until the mixture is slightly cloudy; then, take the bar of soap out and proceed with the other steps.
