SHRIMP AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. shrimp, boiled & peeled 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice, cooked according to directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
