Loaf:

2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley, minced

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare sauce in a bowl and set aside. Combine meat loaf ingredients until evenly mixed. Work in half of the sauce with the meat loaf. Place the meat loaf in a dish or loaf pan and shape it. Pour the remaining sauce on top and bake for 50 minutes or until center is no longer pink.

Sauce:

1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. brown mustard
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Mix all ingredients and set aside.
