SOFT GINGER BREAD 
1 c. molasses
3 eggs, well beaten, each separately
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. ginger
1 c. sour milk
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. flour (sifted, measure)
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix all together. Beat hard and place in bread pan and bake at 350°F. until done.
