TOMATO JELLO JAM 
4 c. tomato juice
1 box Sure Jel
4 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) boxes (or 1 (6 oz.) box) raspberry Jello

Dissolve Sure Jel in tomato juice and bring to hard boil. Add sugar and bring to hard boil for 1 minute. Skim and add Jello. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Pour into jars and seal with wax.
