CRANBERRY RELISH | |
4 c. fresh cranberries, ground (12 oz.) 4 oranges, peeled, seeded & ground 4 apples, unpeeled, cored & ground 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. chopped pecans Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Store in air tight containers in the refrigerator. Yield: about 3 quarts. |
