PORK CHOPS WITH RED GRAVY 
3-4 pork chops, approx., 1/2" or more thickness
1 whole green pepper, sliced
1 whole onion, sliced
1 - 1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 - 1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. rice (cook according to directions)

Shake ketchup and water together well. In a skillet on top of stove, brown chops on both sides. Spread green pepper and onion slices around, then pour ketchup/water mixture on top. Bring to a boil, then set on low for 1 1/2 hours. Remove pork chops and onions and green peppers and place in a serving dish. Add 1 tablespoon flour (blended with a little water in a jar) to the leftover liquid. Thicken to make gravy. Serve with rice.
