QUICK CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. Bisquick mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Butter

Mix bisquick, sugar and milk. Add raisins. Place baking cups in muffin tin. Add one tablespoon mix. Cover with one teaspoon cinnamon sugar mixture and a pat of butter. Cover with another tablespoon mix. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and done. Remove from oven. Glaze rolls with confectioners' sugar (1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and milk to make a thin glaze.) NOTE: can put nuts instead of raisins or leave plain.
