VERY GOOD SALAD 
Salad:

3 or 4 heads of broccoli, chopped
1 c. chopped red onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. white raisins
1 lb. bacon, fried crispy and crumbled into bite size pieces

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

Dressing:

2 c. Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. white vinegar

Combine sugar, mayonnaise and vinegar (add vinegar 1 T at a time). Pour over salad and mix together. Refrigerate for one to two hours. Toss and serve.
