LINGUINI AND SHRIMP 
1/2 lb. linguini, uncooked
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 lb. sm. shrimp, shelled & deveined
Julienne into strips:
1 med. yellow squash
1 med. zucchini
1 med. carrot
3 green onions, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. parsley
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper

Cook linguini as directed. Drain. In large skillet heat Italian dressing. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 8-10 minutes. Add linguini; toss and serve. Serves 4-6.
