2 egg whites, beaten stiffly
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (reg. single serving size) pkg. M & M's

Beat egg whites and then add sugar (1/3 cup at a time). Mix well. Add vanilla. Add and stir in a small package of M & M's chocolate candies. Drop by spoonfuls on well greased cookie sheet (grease even Teflon). Bake at 325 degrees for about 10 minutes until lightly brown. Turn oven off and let cool in oven about 30 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen small surprises.
