SALMON CROQUETTES | |
1 can salmon 1 lg. c. rolled cracker or bread crumbs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. baking powder 3 well beaten eggs Butter size of an egg Pinch of salt and pepper Moisten with cream until proper consistency to mold into oblong shapes. Dip each croquette in beaten egg and cracker dust and cook in deep fat. |
