HAMBURGER PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
Leftover peas or green beans
Mashed potatoes (5-6 potatoes)
2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and onion in frying pan. Pour off any excess fat. Mix in 1 can of tomato soup.

While ground beef is browning, make the mashed potatoes.

Place ground beef mix in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Cover with the vegetables and finally the mashed potatoes. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese for last 5 minutes.
