1 1/2 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk

Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pack firmly into loaf pan.

SAUCE:

1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
