CHOW - CHOW 
3 c. chopped onions
3 c. chopped pepper
3 c. chopped cabbage
3 c. chopped carrots
6 c. chopped green tomatoes
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. salt

Pour boiling water over prepared vegetables, let stand 10 minutes, drain. Add sugar, salt, water, vinegar and boil 10 to 15 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
