TUNA-NOODLE HOT DISH 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 oz. American cheese
1 tsp. grated onion
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
2 c. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Potato chips

Cook noodles in salted water until tender; drain. Pour hot water over tuna to remove oil and drain. Combine layers of noodles, tuna and bits of cheese in buttered casserole. Combine soup, milk, mustard, onion and mix until smooth. Pour over ingredients in casserole. Top with crushed potato chips and bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
