SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 sqs. Baker's chocolate
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. thick sour cream

Beat together sugar and eggs. Dissolve chocolate in boiling water. Cool. Mix with egg and sugar. Add teaspoon vanilla. Sift 1 1/2 cups flour. Add baking soda and salt. Combine with other mixture. Mix well. Whip 1 cup thick sour cream. Fold gently into mixture. Pour into 2 oiled and floured circle layer pans. Bake at 325 degrees. Check after 25 minutes.
