SOUR CREAM LASAGNA 
1 lg. pkg. lasagna noodles
8 oz. cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add tomato sauce and chopped green onions. Let mixture simmer for ten minutes. Meanwhile, combine softened cream cheese and the two cartons of sour cream in a large bowl until smooth. Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until tender. Drain noodles. Line a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass baking dish with a layer of the cooked noodles. Top with a layer of the meat sauce, then a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers until dish is filled, ending with the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6.
