1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar

Beat together. Set aside.

2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
16 oz. container Cool Whip

Add milk to pudding - thicken - add Cool Whip.

Mix cream cheese, pudding mixtures together.

Crush:

1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies

Put a layer of Oreos in bottom of pan and alternate with pudding mixture ending with Oreos on top.

Gummy worms

Put gummy worms on top. Refrigerate overnight.
