BREAD-LOW CHOLESTEROL | |
3 c. warm water 3 pkgs. dry yeast 1/4 c. sugar (or honey 1/3 c.) 9 1/4 c. flour 5 tsp. salt 1/3 c. corn oil In large bowl, combine yeast, water and sugar; let sit until it bubbles. Add 3 cup flour, all salt; beat until smooth. Add 4 cup (two at a time); blend well after each. Add remaining 2 1/4 cups flour; mix well. Add oil, blend, shape in ball; let rise until double, 45 minutes. Punch down, turn onto floured board. Divide in half and place on greased pans. Rise 30 minutes. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. |
