PLANTATION HAM 'N CHICKEN PIE 
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. cubed cooked ham
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
Parsley Pinwheels (below)

Melt butter in large skillet. Cook and stir ham, pepper, and onion in butter until ham is golden brown. Stir in soup and milk. Heat, stirring frequently, just to boiling. Pour mixture into baking dish. Place in warm oven to keep hot.

Prepare Pastry Pinwheels and place cut side up on hot mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 to 425 degrees.

PARSLEY PINWHEELS:

Prepare biscuit dough as directed on package of buttermilk baking mix except, roll into rectangle, 7x12 inches. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped parsley over dough. Beginning at wide side, roll up tightly. Seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll. Cut into 9 equal slices.
