FROZEN WALDORF SALAD 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice drained from 20 oz. pineapple crushed
1/2 c. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool to room temperature. When cool add 6 medium delicious cored and cut up apples.

2 c. celery
1 c. English walnuts
1 c. seedless Tokey grapes
1 c. (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Whip 2 1/2 cups whip cream. Mix with sauce and fruits and nuts. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with foil and freeze. Prepare 24 hours before serving.
