MEATBALL STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
Onion, chopped
Pinch of salt
Pepper to taste
Bread cubes

Make medium size meatballs and brown. In a deep kettle, put 2 cans tomato soup and 2 cans beef broth. Heat and add meatballs.

Add chunks of carrots, about 6, in with meatballs and simmer until carrots are almost done.

Add chunks of potatoes and simmer until potatoes are done. Watch that soup doesn't stick. Needs no additional salt.
