BEE'S BLUE RIBBON RHUBARB PIE 
3 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 (9 inch) 2-crust unbaked pie shell
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter

Place the rhubarb in the pie shell. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the rhubarb. Cover and top with strips of crust. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes, until done. Serves 6-8.
