IRISH FAJITAS 
1 pkg. marinated Carne Asada Sliced thin
2 slices yellow onion, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 green, yellow & red pepper, sliced into thin strips
1/2 salad tomato, chopped
2 c. cooked rice

Saute peppers and onion for about 10 minutes in olive oil. Add meat, tomato and saute for about 5 minutes. Serve in warmed tortillas or over cooked rice.
