APPLE SALAD 
3 c. thickened unsweetened applesauce (303)
1/3 c. red cinnamon candies
2 c. hot water
2 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve cinnamon candies in hot water. Add gelatin and dissolve. Add applesauce. Pour half of mixture into mold; chill until firm.

Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in celery and walnuts. Spread over congealed gelatin. Chill. Pour remaining applesauce mixture over filling. Chill until firm.
