PEANUT BUTTER CUP PIE 
4 tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/2 oz. Rice Krispies
1 tbsp. honey
1 env. chocolate sugar-free instant pudding
2 c. non-fat milk
1 sliced banana

Mix peanut butter and honey; microwave until melted. Mix in cereal. Press into 9-inch pie pan and chill. Place sliced banana over crust. Mix pudding and milk and pour over banana and chill. Yield: 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
