BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, no crusts
1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Crumble and brown sausage. Drain well. Spread bread into bottom of a well greased 8 x 11 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of bread. Arrange sausage on top of cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and mustard. Beat well and pour over sausage. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until set. Yields 6-8 servings.
