SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE 
3 tbsp. oil
2 onions, chopped coarse
2 green peppers, chopped coarse
2 c. chicken broth
8 oz. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. soy sauce or brown gravy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper

In a large skillet saute onions in oil until golden. Add green pepper and saute until wilted. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Taste for additional seasonings. Serve hot over pork, chicken, beef or fish.
