FRIED APPLES 
3 lbs. apples
1/2-3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick of butter
1 tsp. cinnamon, or apple pie spice

Peel and slice apples, or leave peel on. Melt butter in a medium to large skillet over medium heat. Add apple slices-fry until tender. Add brown sugar, more or less depending on tartness. Serve warm.
