TAMALE PIE 
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sliced ripe olives (optional)
2 cans tamales
1 (8 oz.) can corn
1 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar or....)
1 cooked chicken, shredded (usually boiled these by creating the stock)
Salt

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. chili sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. chicken stock

Combine ingredients in 13x9 pan and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
