1 pkg. sliced sandwich ham (long pkg.)
1 pkg. cream cheese
2-3 fresh green onions

Spread out slice of ham. Spread with cream cheese medium thickness all over top of ham. Take a fresh cleaned green onion, trim off some of top. Place green onion (blades and all) on end of ham slice with cream cheese. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Then slice into slices about as big as a 50 cent piece, medium thickness. Tasty and attractive. Used at 1990 Valentine Banquet.
