WAFFLE COOKIES | |
1 c. butter, room temperature 1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 3 eggs 3 c. flour 1 tbsp. vanilla Cream butter, sugars and vanilla. Add one egg, then one cup flour alternately, beating each time until light. Dough is stiff. Prepare waffle iron as for waffles. When hot, place dough, size of walnut, in each section. Bake until steaming stops (only a few seconds). Remove carefully. Cool on brown paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in tightly covered container. |
