SPAGHETTI BAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (32 oz.) jar tomato sauce
2 tsp. sugar
Pinch of oregano, salt, and basil
8 oz. spaghetti, broken in 3 sections, cooked, and drained
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook beef, onion, and garlic until done. Drain off fat. Stir in sauce, sugar, and spices. Bring to a boil; remove from heat and let stand while noodles are cooking. Cook spaghetti; drain. Mix meat sauce and noodles together. Place 1/2 of mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Sprinkle with half of the cheeses. Top with remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with rest of the cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheeses brown and is bubbly.

If using glass dish, reduce oven temperature 25 degrees (350 degrees) for 30 minutes.

Serves: 10-12. Serve with: Salad, garlic bread, and wine.
