MINI TACO TARTS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
2 tbsp. ice water
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. salsa
2 oz. chopped ripe olives
1 c. coarsely crushed tortilla chips, divided
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Meat shells: Combine first 3 ingredients, mix well. Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of tart pans and set aside.

Combine sour cream, salsa, olives and 3/4 cup tortilla chips. spoon filling into each shell, mounding slightly. Combine remaining chips and cheese, sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Garnish with salsa
