MEAT BALLS AND BAKED BEANS | |
2/3 c. canned milk 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. cracker meal 1 egg Sauce: 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. mustard 3 tbsp. vinegar 3/4 tsp. dry mustard Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into balls. Bake in 350°F oven until done. Make sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon 4 cups (two 1 pound cans) pork and beans into a 2-quart casserole. Mix some of the sauce into beans. Cover with meat balls and sauce. Bake in oven at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. |
