SHRIMP DELIGHT 
1/2 c. cold water
2 env. plain gelatin
1 can tomato soup
12 oz. cream cheese
Pinch soda
1/2 c. celery cut fine
1/4 c. onion cut fine
1/4 c. bell pepper cut fine
2 c. shrimp cut fine
1 c. mayonnaise

Add water to gelatin and let dissolve. Mix soup, cream cheese and soda over very low heat until cream cheese melts. Add gelatin and set aside until cool. Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
