BANANA BOATS 
4 bananas
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Peel a narrow strip of peel on each banana. Cut banana lengthwise. Do not cut through peel. Fill with chips and marshmallows. Replace peel strip. Wrap in foil and seal ends and edges. Bake at 325 degrees until chips and marshmallows are melted.
