BAKED MUSHROOM DELIGHT 
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
9 slices buttered bread (cut 1/2 inch cubes)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Saute sliced mushrooms in butter and set aside. Place 1/3 bread cubes in a buttered baking dish. Mix onions, green pepper and celery with mushrooms and spoon over bread cubes. Toss another 1/3 of bread cubes over mushroom mixture.

Combine eggs, milk and pour over all. Cover with the remaining bread cubes. Spoon can of soup on top. Bake 350 degrees 40 minutes. "Soooo" Good!
