BROILED STEAK WITH GARLIC 
1 Sirloin, Porterhouse, Delmonico, or T-bone steak
4 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
Garlic powder
Chili powder

Place steak in deep pan or bowl. Add fresh garlic, vinegar, and oil. Generously sprinkle each side with garlic powder and chili powder. Marinate 2 hours turning over once. Place under boiler and cook to desired doneness. Pour juices and garlic pieces over the top of steak when serving.
