SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3/4 lb. beef
1/4 lb. lean pork
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 lb. veal
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 or 2 eggs
1/2 tbsp. butter

Grind meat 3 times; beat milk and eggs together and pour over bread crumbs. After well dissolved, mix well with meat. Add spices and fried onions, form into small balls, brown in butter. Add a little hot water and simmer 10 minutes.
