POTATO SALAD 
butter the size of a walnut
3 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. mustard
8-10 potatoes

Peel potatoes, dice and cook. In a separate pan melt butter. Mix together eggs, milk, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and mustard; cook over low to medium heat stirring until thickened. Pour over cooked potatoes to which you have added a small chopped onion and a sprinkle of celery seed.
