ORIENTAL MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1 lg. tomato
1 med. green pepper

Mix meat mixture (ground beef through milk). Shape in balls. Brown and drain. Mix sauce ingredients (brown sugar through vinegar). Bring to a boil. Place meatballs in casserole and pour sauce over. Add cut tomato in wedges and cut green pepper into strips, to the top of casserole. Heat through in oven in covered casserole.
