1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 sm. onion, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 jar strawberry preserves

Combine all ingredients, except preserves; chill. Mold into a ring with hands. Fill with preserves. Serve with assorted crackers.
